Terms of Service for Fastinvoice
1. Service Description
Fastinvoice is an invoice creation and management tool designed for businesses. Users can:
Create invoices for their products and services
Submit invoices to clients via email
Use the paid version to customize invoices by adding logos and changing color schemes
Maintain a list of clients and products for efficient invoice creation
Download, print, and email invoices to clients
Track invoice status (e.g., paid, unpaid, sent, unsent)
2. User Responsibilities
Users must ensure that the information provided (e.g., Business Name, GST number) is accurate and up-to-date.
Users are responsible for keeping their passwords secure. Fastinvoice is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from password mismanagement.
3. Account Information
Users must provide accurate business information to set up their accounts.
Accounts are password-protected, and users can update their information or delete their account at any time.
4. Payment Terms
Users can upgrade to the premium version by paying fees either monthly or annually.
Suggested Options for Billing Disputes: You can consider these options:
a. Disputes will be resolved through negotiations or third-party arbitration.
b. Refunds for billing disputes are only issued in cases of technical issues preventing service use.
c. All disputes will be managed in accordance with Canadian laws.
5. Service Tiers
Free Version: Users can create and send up to 5 invoices per month.
Paid Version: Users have additional features, including invoice design customization and shared accounts for one business. The number of invoices users can issue varies depending on the selected plan.
6. Service Availability
Fastinvoice does not guarantee uptime or have a set maintenance schedule.
In the event of unexpected service interruptions, users will be notified via email.
7. Liability
Users are responsible for securing their passwords.
Fastinvoice assumes no liability for the content of customer data or any consequences of its use.
8. Termination
Users can terminate their service at any time.
Premium account holders can cancel recurring billing, but they will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the paid term.
9. Governing Law
The Terms of Service and any disputes are governed by the Commercial Arbitration Act (CAA).
10. Modifications to Terms
CosmosIT reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service. Users will be notified of any changes via email.
